Refund/ Return Policy

Returns
Policy validity: The return period for purchased goods is within 15 days. Once this period is exceeded, we will no longer accept any form of refund or product replacement requests.
Return eligibility: Only when the product has not been used and remains in the same original condition as when received, and the product still needs to be in its original packaging, are eligible to apply for a return.
Special products are not eligible for returns: perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, as well as private or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, etc., cannot be returned due to their characteristics or safety considerations. In addition, it also includes downloadable software products and some health and personal care products.
Materials required for return: In order to proceed with the return process smoothly, customers must provide a valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping precautions: When returning the item, do not directly return it to the manufacturer, but return it to the method and address specified by us.
Partial refund situation: Under certain specific conditions, only partial refunds may be provided, such as products with obvious signs of use (such as books that have been read), or media products that have been opened and used such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Abnormal state products: We do not accept returns if the product is damaged, missing parts, or in a non original state due to non merchant fault.
Finally, for any reason, any item that exceeds 15 days after delivery will no longer meet the return criteria. Before returning the item, please make sure to carefully read and comply with the above regulations to avoid affecting your rights. Contact credit card company: If no refund is seen in your bank account, you should contact your credit card company or issuing bank to inquire if the refund is already being processed, as refunds usually require internal clearing processes within the bank and credit card company, which may take several working days or even longer.
Contact Bank: If the credit card company is unable to provide accurate information, you can directly contact your bank to learn about the specific progress of refund processing, as it also takes some time for the bank to process refunds.

Freight Responsibility:
If the return is due to personal reasons of the consumer (such as changing their mind, not applicable, etc.) that are not related to the product itself, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product, and the specific cost will depend on the charging standards of the selected courier company.
If the return is due to the fault of the merchant, such as damage to the product or incorrect shipment, the consumer is not responsible for the return shipping costs incurred, which will be borne by the merchant.

Unfortunately, products sold cannot be refunded, only products with regular prices can be refunded.

Shipping
To return your item, please send it via email Mocoparis@outlook.com. Contact our customer service team to obtain a return address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item, and please note that these shipping costs are non refundable. If you ultimately receive a refund, the shipping cost incurred when returning the item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The delivery time of the replacement product to you may vary depending on your location. For items worth over $75, it is recommended that you choose a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance during the return process to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned. Please take sufficient packaging and shipping protection measures when returning the goods, and keep the shipping voucher for tracking and inquiry in case of any problems.
